Jekyll Island, Georgia
A cool place on Jekyll Island to learn all about sea turtles. Appropriate for all ages with lots of hands on learning activites. I enjoyed seeing the progress many of the injured sea turtles were making at the rehabilitation center, and learning their stories. $6/adult
Rain or shine, a fun day at the zoo awaits! We really got a kick out of seeing the panda bears, gorillas and sea otters. There was a neat petting zoo. Bring a few quarters and try out the big foot massager-your feet will thank you!
1200 President Clinton Ave
Little Rock, AR 72201
This eco-friendly facility certainly has style. Learn about life in the White House, see a full scale Oval Office reconstruction, and enjoy learning about the 42nd President and his ongoing projects at your own pace. Food and drinks are not allowed past security, so you’ll want to eat before you arrive or check out their on site dining options. We would have stayed longer, but our tummies were rumbling and the cafe had already closed for the day.
